At Podiatry Center of Easter Connecticut, we are aware that people may have apprehension coming in to the foot doctor’s office. Many people are never sure what to expect, so we strive to make your experience a comfortable and educational one. If needed, we can take x-rays or make you custom molded orthotics right in the office. We utilize electronic medical records, digital x-ray, and employ the latest digital foot scanning technology to create custom molded orthotics.

Before your visit:
- Please call the 800 number on the back of your insurance card to ensure we participate with your insurance plan
- If your insurance requires a referral, be sure to have one in place before your appointment
On your visit, be sure to bring along:
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Photo ID
- A list of any medications you are allergic to
- Your Insurance Card
Completing the registration form
Please make every effort to fill out and print the patient registration form from home. If you’re unable to complete it ahead of time, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete it in the office.
